We want you to be completely satisfied with your flooring purchase. If you need to return or exchange items, our return policy is designed to make the process as straightforward as possible while complying with UK consumer regulations.
1. Returns Window
• You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving your items, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
• After notifying us of your intent to return, you have an additional 14 days to send the items back to us.
2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
• Condition: Items must be in their original, unopened packaging, undamaged, and in a fully resaleable condition. Opened boxes of laminate, cut tiles, or altered materials cannot be returned.
• Batch Matching: For flooring (laminate, tiles, quartz-vinyl), returned boxes must belong to the same production batch as originally supplied.
• Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, order confirmation, or invoice must be provided.
3. Non-Returnable Items
• Special order items, custom-cut materials, or clearance/final-sale items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged upon delivery.
• Accessories such as opened bottles of adhesive, underlay off-cuts, or opened trim packs are generally non-refundable.
4. Return Shipping Fees
• Change of Mind: If you are returning items because you changed your mind or ordered excess stock, you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We can arrange a collection via our courier service, and the return freight fee will be deducted from your refund.
• Faulty or Damaged Items: If your products arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the full cost of collection and replacement/refund. Please inspect your goods upon delivery and report issues within 48 hours.
5. Refund Process
• Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days, and funds will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
